Descripción de la organización:

The “MFR du Paysage” in Cerisy-Belle-Étoile is a work-linked training center preparing future groundskeepers and landscapers and receiving students (98% boys) from 14 years old up to adults.
It is located in the green hills of “Swiss Normandy”, 8 km from Flers, the nearest urban center (15.000 peoples), 10 km from Condé-sur-Noireau, and 1 hour from Caen, the regional capital.
A team composed with 10 trainers, 2 educational assistants, 1 Digital Mediator, 2 secretaries, 1 householder, 3 catering employees, and 1 maintenance man, and led by a director, runs the school and all the activities.
We labor in an educational and social way, as we educate and train teenagers (mostly) and we turn them into young outdoors and green-spaces professionals.
Here, they study both academics assignments and practical training to graduate with official and recognized diplomas.
As most of them spend their school-weeks in internship, we also care about their residential living from mondays to fridays. So our will is to provide them a comfortable and feeling-good daily life, which also includes mornings, evening and recesses.
