Beschreibung der Einrichtung

SAC "LODE" is social care center for old people with special needs. 36 people are employed in the center of which 15 are carers, 2 social carers, 1 social rehabilitator, 1 social worker, 3 medics, an organizer of cultural events, director, clerk and blue-collar workers. Employees are competent in their field of work, open to new and regularly complete their knowledge in different seminars and courses. As the centers’ main goal is to give seniors a sense of home, employees are the clients’ confidants, supporters in different life situations as sometimes they are the closest people to them. Social center is giving home for 97 persons.
