Descripción de la organización:

The Municipality of Colliano has established since 2009 the “Youth Informed” center, created to
inform citizens of any opportunities in the field of job training, the rights that citizens have, the various
opportunities for abroad, to get information regarding the culture and sport. At the “Youth Informed”
office you can:
- carry out an autonomous job search through the dossiers, containing paper material, organized by
themes and viewed independently;
- receive information on Universities, scholarships, training courses, au pair jobs, study abroad;
- use information boards for exchanges of announcements and messages, searches and job offers,
sales.
“Youth Informed” is also a place: a space to participate in public meetings that the office offers, meet
new people and surf on the Internet, thanks to fixed locations available to users or by their devices,
also consulting newspapers and magazines. It is a service that collects, processes, selects, stores
and divulges data related to the various sectors of interest identified through the relationship with the
School and the Labor Office.
In July the Colliano Youth Forum will be established as a body of participation in the life of institutions
in a democratic way. It represents a space for permanent meeting between young people, youth
groups and the Municipal Administration. The Forum provides young people with the conditions to
intervene with the municipal bodies, contributing with their own proposals to the decision-making
phase, on issues of youth interest.
The Forum will support the Municipal Administration in an information and communication strategy
involving institutions, aggregations and associations, in an organic relationship with the “Youth
Informed” network. The Forum will be equipped with a dedicated office.
