Nuovo Futuro Cooperativa Sociale was born on the 25th of march 1980 thanks to the boost of some disabled people’s parents, who were moved by the urge of integrating their own sons, who were beyond school age, in a background that could offer them some work opportunity. They are today a social cooperative that do activities of information, training, work and that estabilish links with the territory, getting significant colllaboration with associationism, the world of research and volunteering. As far as people services are concerned, they take care of thematic of disability and mental health, of the disease of social marginality, of all the minor issues of old and under aged people, managing many services throughout the years in sinergy with ASL (local health authorities) and the municipality. They operate offering service to the territory, succh as cleaning services, parking, canteens and school services, and CUP (front office of local health centers). They are creators of the realization of a lot of cultural initiatives, and social cooperation, shaping up to be as an important subject of economical and social tissue, able to interact with local institutions and community. Nuovo Futuro, respectful of their own traditions, adopting models of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and SAS 18001:2007 management norms, have acquired more more efficient tools in order to gather at best all users’, citizens’, authorities’ and associations’ and their own workers’ demands, with due respect to the environment and minimizing the environmental impact of their activities and services, referring to their own business context. On purpose of this, they urge what has been said to be concrete, not only with due respect of all laws, commitments and orders that were received by contract, but also giving Customers the possibility to see how they operate and manage their services’ suppliers, and specificly take a look at how Nuovo Futuro wants to manage and plan all activities, that are to satisfy all demands: the cooperative endorses the approach towards the
prevention of pollution, and want their activities and their resources to be transparent and to appear reliable in front of all Customers, users and territory and to appear capable of satisfying all demands, both stated and not, both hystorical and new; Nuovo Futuro’s aim is to insure maximum satisfaction to their customers through suitable, appropriate and efficient services. Nuovo Futuro also thinks that safeguarding wealth, health and safety of their own workers is a fundamental element that makes the organization succeed and grow.
Services quality is what comes out of a number of technical, commercial, administrative, organisational, environmental, relational and communicational elements, where human variables, that interact during the process of taking charges, centered on people/customers, play a fundamental part.
We point out that their activities are managed inside an integrated system, that is certified by the following regulations:
- ISO 14001:2015 Environment
- SA 800:2014 Social Responsibility
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality
- ISO 45001:2018 Health and occupational Safety
- ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety
Furthermore a new organisational model has been adopted, according to the volunteer scheme of regulation D.Lgs 231:2001.
Nuovo Futuro’s headquarters are situated in Rosignano Marittimo, in Tuscany.
Management, administration and 2 activities, the occupational therapy lab and daily center offices are situated in the headquarters.
In function of new project and services they stage proper spaces.
The cooperative’s activities are realized mainly by the municipality of Livorno, close to famous places in Tuscany such as Pisa, Firenze, Siena hills, Tuscan archipelago and Maremma.
Our zone is dominated by turistical, commercial activities and by small and big industry.
