MTÜ ESN - Edukad Sillamäe Noored (NGO ESN - Successful Youths of Sillamäe) is open youth center in Sillamäe, which has existed since 17.01.1994. The organization has been a member of the Estonian Open Youth Centers Association (Estonian ANK) since 2011. The activities of ESN in Sillamäe and beyond are very well known. The organization has carried out and is carrying out several joint projects with youth organizations in different cities.
The Sillamäe Open Youth Center has created such an informal environment that every young person, regardless of skin color, mother tongue, religion and gender, has equal opportunities to spend their free time. Young people can try themselves in areas such as music, art, dance, technology, languages, sports, general culture, civic education and international cooperation at open youth center in Sillamäe. Our main target group is young people from 7-26 y.o. Our volunteers are from 11y.o.
ESN has different active clubs of interests as Aikido "Momiji Dojo", boxing club "Energia" branch, judo club "Buffen Do". Moreover we have different workshops let by volunteers :"ESN Dance Studio", "Shuffle Dance Studio", music studio & DJ workshop , Volunteer club ESN, Photo & video workshop, ESN TV.
Sillamäe Open Youth Center actively supports youth initiatives, organizes and participates in various events at the city, county and state levels. ESN participates in the “Noorte Tugila“ program and offers its service to NEET youth. Works with children at risk and young people, performing preventive work at the city level. The center also employs competent youth workers, social educators and psychologists, who are always ready to advise young people and parents. There are a total of 3 youth workers and 1 psychologist.

- This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps.
