Opis organizacji

Bilingual Primary School No. 1 was established 9 years ago, in 2009, in the Merry, peripheral district of Warsaw, in order to continue the educational and didactic assumptions of the Abc Bilingual Preschool and develop integrated subject and language education. As a private institution, it implements the assumptions contained in applicable educational law, thanks to which it holds the rights of a public school. Its leading body is the Amaltea Bilingual Education Foundation. The school has its own building with 13 classrooms, a computer lab, a school library, a gym and a canteen. Among our diverse students there are pupils diagnosed as very gifted and talented, as well as a group with various dysfunctions. The school's teaching staff are 44 teachers with full qualifications entitling them to teach and care for children.
The school teaches English, Spanish and French. As part of school, extracurricular activities, there is a school lounge, 12 wheels, for students in classes 1-3 and 4-6, developing their various passions and interests, as well as individual consultations. According to the events calendar, classes participate, twice during the school year, in weekly tourist, sport and cultural trips, getting to know different regions of Poland and learning differently. Our pupils use the offer of competitions of various ranges (average 20 per year), often winning first places, winners and finalists' titles. They prepare and pass international exams in English, Spanish and French at various levels.
Students, teachers and parents willingly join in the joint implementation of school, district, Warsaw and nationwide projects in the field of charity, cultural, scientific, sport and social activities. Cooperation with parents is developing well and effectively: the Parents' Council, composed of class representatives, regularly meets the headmaster and representatives of the leading body.
Students have their representation in the form of an active school government.
We are a small, intimate institution with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Both the foundation's board, management, teaching staff, students and parents together ensure that the time spent at school gives everyone a lot of joy and satisfaction from gaining knowledge and new skills.
