The Association “Udhetimi i Lire- Liberi di Viaggiare“ is an organization established in Albania with the focus on tourism, youth, environment, rural development, good governance, culture, voluntarism, and human rights promotions. This association operates in Durres.

The Association “Udhetimi i Lire-Liberi di Viaggiare” has its mission to develop tourism, eco-bio tourism, environment, preservation of cultural and nature heritage. The mission of the Association “Udhetimi i Lire - Liberi di Viaggiare” is carried out by:

THE OBJECTIVE

1. The Implementation of effective instruments of cooperation between members, to be a social and organized exponent in all the tourist sector of the cultural heritage.
2. Take initiatives that set in motion and make active the Italian tourism and other countries, in outgoing and in incoming.

3. To be the legal representative and trade union between the members and protect their interests in economic, professional and cultural terms, through all the institutional, legal and social forms (at local, national and international level) and to show ability to achieve this objective.
4. The promotion, formation and the further development of the subjects that are members of it.

THE AIM OF THE ACTIVITY

The Association “Udhetimi i Lire-Liberi di Viaggiare” has the aim:

1. Undertake all the initiatives to grow up the service quality as an essential component for the work in all the activities performed by the members.
2. Promote the political adaption and the process of modernization of this sector enterprise.

3. Collaborate, make deals, realize initiatives with the Administration, Enterprises, Universities, Institutions, Representation, Business Economic and Social Organizations, that are included in local, national and international levels, with the international and European Community that has to do with the tourist’s aspect and directions and beyond.
4. Apply and implement projects offered by the international organizations and institutions, in tourist sector, eco-bio tourism and on other fields, who will be in favor of the community and of the society.
5. Collect and distribute data, news and information through the members that have relations with the tourist sector and beyond.

6. Promote and develop scientific research, studies, conferences, projects and programs that have to do with institutions separately or in collaboration with the public and private authorities, Albanian and foreigners.
7. Promote and organize courses for the professional courses, not only for the members but even for the other components of the tourist sector and beyond, with the purpose to widespread the culture and the business techniques, management and tourism. This will be achieved in collaboration with the public and private authorities and organizations, using private and public funding.
8. Develop all the initiatives and activities that is appropriate for the Society‘s purpose.

9. Satisfy the creative aspects of children and youths in the areas of Arts, culture, environment in order to prepare them for the creation and innovation.

10. Raising the interest for volunteery work that will help in community development.

11. Building friendship and cooperation between youngsters , from other association in national and international level.

12. Improving young people’s capacity in environmental services and various fields.

THE ACTIVITY'S SECTOR

The activities of the Association “Udhetimi i Lire-Liberi di Viaggiare” are implemented in these sectors:

1. Active participation in the local, national and international institutions and authorities for the adaption of the legislative means.
2. Promote the adaption for the politic modernization of the enterprises of this sector.

3. Communicate with the public opinion through all the means of communication and its publications.

4. Collaboration and agreement in national and international levels.

In the National level we are members of National Youth Congress and Board Members also.

We are members of ALDA European Association for Local Democracy.

In the last week the Association “Udhetim i Lirë – Liberi di Viaggiare” was validate as part of European Youth Foundation, that was establish by Council of Europe as Local youth organization.

We are members of Skillman.eu that is is a worldwide Transnational platform of Centers of Vocational Excellence for the Advanced Manufacturing Sector
