Inovatyvi karta is an organization that strives to empower people to improve their choices in life. Instead of passive lifestyle to choose daily activities that would motivate them to reach their full physical, intellectual and social potential. Our work is based on non-formal education, cognitive behavioral coaching, arts, outdoor education, inclusion and equality, learning by experience. We aim to engage youth and adults while giving them the space to bloom.

The most common topics we are working with are: self- development, inclusion, discrimination, critical thinking, health and healthy lifestyle. Our work is based on Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle thus we put great importance on reflection part in all activities we do. To make it more unique, cognitive behavioral coaching methods are involved.

Inovatyvi karta works with Erasmus+ programme, various local funds and initiates activities as a social enterprise.

Organisation has been actively involved in local and international projects with Erasmus+ programme. Since the opening of the organisation in January 2015, we co-organised more than 65 youth exchanges and training courses and out of the total number have successfully implemented more than 10 KA1 Erasmus+ projects as an applicant organization. From 2020, September we are actively involved in two KA2 Strategic Partnership projects. All in all, we have been part of 3 Strategic Partnership projects.

It gave us the opportunity to involve more than 2678 people in all our co- organized activities. 746 Lithuanians had the chance for non- formal education in local or international context. This all happened in 2015-2020.

To reach our target audience more easily and make greater impact at the local level, we cooperate with different organisations, schools and youth centers in Lithuania. We do it by organizing trainings, workshops, sessions using non-formal education methods. We organize local activities for and/or with:
- Merkinės Vinco Krėvės gimnazija (Gymnasium of Merkinė)
- Druskininkų Ryto gimnazija (Gymnasium of Druskininkai)
- Open Youth centers of Lentvaris and Trakai;
- Day center of Caritas in Lentvaris and another day center of Vievis;
- Disabled people Center in Trakai;
- Trakų krašto kultūros ir amatų asociacija;
- Numerous of High Schools in Kaunas city.

Our target groups could be divided into three main categories:
- pupils from 13 to 18 years old;
- young adults from 18 years old who would seek possibilities of self- development or who do not seek but highly benefit from it;
- youth workers (including teachers, volunteers, youth educators in general).

As a social enterprise, we organize Self- Development Camps for Youth and Adults.

Organisation is established in Trakai Municipality, village of Markutiškės and has the working office in Kauno g. 5, Vilnius (Kablys building).
