The Youth Centre starts its history in 2008. For the 10 years, our entity became a starting platform for the key regional projects. The Youth Centre of the Arkhangelsk Region is a place where the youth of the Arkhangelsk Region implements their initiatives, receives support from projects aimed at developing the region and implementing a unified state youth policy. The Youth Centre is a meeting place for creative youth, a place where you can present your ideas, implement projects, get a start in life, find friends, communicate, find support and have fun with young mothers and fathers with their children. This is a place to promote new sports popular among young people, an opportunity to spend time with benefit for yourself.

The team of the Youth Centre numbers more than 30 people - they are specialists in working with youth, who work in different directions, as well as administrative and technical personnel.
The infrastructure of the Youth House provides all the conditions for productive work and rest: on the ground floor, there is a common area with bar counters, office equipment, and marker boards. There are also modular meeting rooms with sofas and coffee tables, an open and isolated work area, a kitchen. On the second floor, there are 11 workplaces, conference rooms, and recreation areas with sofas. In 2020, the construction of a hostel with an area of ​​more than 480 square meters on the first and second floors was completed. The hostel is designed for 80 people, and the maximum occupancy is all 120 places. High ceilings made it possible to create bunk rooms. There are also lounges, a kitchen, and showers.

To achieve this goal, we work in different directions, such as:
- provide cultural, social, sports and recreation services for harmonious personal development;
- to motivate young people to create;
- to support creative initiatives of children and youth;
- to build international and intercultural dialogue;
- to address social needs in preserving and developing culture;
- to support amateur artistic creative work and other forms of amateurish creative initiatives, social and cultural activities;
- enable young people to connect with, express their views, and be heard by elected policy-makers, public administrations, interest groups, civil society organizations, or individuals active in political or social processes affecting their lives;
- enhance critical thinking and media literacy among young people to strengthen democracy and counter manipulation, propaganda, and disinformation;
- broaden and deepen political, civic and social participation of young people at local, regional, national, European or global level;
- foster active citizenship and notably volunteering and solidarity among young people;
- strengthen young people's sense of initiative, notably in the social field and to support their communities;
- reinforce links between policy, research, and practice and promote better knowledge about the situation of young people and youth policies.

Obtaining a quality label for us is not a way of additional funding, but part of an internal process of continuous improvement.
The target audience of our organization is the youth of the Arkhangelsk region, therefore we are trying to develop in those directions that are most relevant to them. Here are some of the few things that have come true in recent years:
Profile session "Development Region 29" for minors. The purpose of this platform is to identify and develop future leaders of social and scientific and technical development of the Arkhangelsk region, to activate the professional self-determination of students aged 14-17 in the interests of the development of the Arkhangelsk Region and the Arctic region. This site is of outdoor nature and is held annually.
Festival "Welcome to Pomorie" for foreign students. The main goal - Harmonization of international relations, adaptation of foreign students through acquaintance with the culture of Pomorie through creativity. Held annually in September.
International youth forum of the Arkhangelsk region "Team 29" The purpose of the forum is to improve the quality of work with youth in the Arkhangelsk region through the development of the competencies of youth workers, specialists in the field of state youth policy, leaders of NGOs and youth in the region, as well as the creation of a general action plan and roadmaps for work in municipal formations. Held annually in summer.
International project "I am the future" (offsite events with the involvement of volunteers from other countries) Expanding the horizons of high school students in the Arkhangelsk region in the field of prevention, career guidance, raising awareness about enterprises and educational institutions of the Arkhangelsk region, involvement in the process of active self-education and self-determination
