descripción de la organización:

The non-profit association Viadukt e.V. was founded in 1984 as an association to promote psychosocial care in Witten. It provides care services for people who, as a result of a mental disorder and disability, have long-term effects on their mental stability and social independence. Our range of services is comprehensive: psychosocial contact and counselling centre, day centre, outpatient assisted living, help for children, young people and families, meeting place for senior citizens and counselling for relatives.
The goal of our work is the restoration and strengthening of independence and the greatest possible independence from institutional help. Our different services work together in a flexible, needs-based and confidential manner. It is important to us that individually adapted care succeeds, which is why our facilities work successfully with the entire help network in the region and with the psychiatric clinics.
Our specialist services support children, young people, adults and families. We offer people with mental impairments support and encouragement for all areas of everyday life and living. Our tasks also include counselling for relatives and group support. We provide counselling so that people get exactly the help they need. This includes, for example, support with household management, professional matters or social contacts and leisure activities. The topics of the activities can be individually adapted to the fields of work of our facilities.
