At Foundation "Podobri" we have always strived to contribute to the development and strengthening of civil society, values, physical culture and environmental protection, in particular, the development of civic activism, youth volunteering and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bulgaria. In short, our mission is to fight for a better world, with better people.

We encourage the personal development and career guidance of young people in Bulgaria through training, support, and encouragement of youth volunteering and entrepreneurship. We strongly promote and support an environmentally friendly lifestyle, sustainability, recycling and reducing waste. We support non-formal public groups, youth groups, municipal and state structures and others in the implementation of their initiatives, which are in line with the goals of the Foundation and the developement of the youth in the city.

With the development of technology, countless doors open before us to make it easier to reach out to our various audiences. For that reason, our foundation has relied on technology as an extremely strong resource in the implementation of our activities. In our various projects, technology helps us to manage more innovatively the processes, to work with children or to interact with youth and adults. With technology, we manage to provoke action that helps us reach our goals - to successfully fight for a better tomorrow.
The team of the Foundation for Improvement consists of 7 people - a chairman, three advisors in the fields of "Training", "Technology and Science" and "Hardware and IoT". Also, Volunteer Manager, Project Management Specialist and Copywriter. We also have local volunteers that support our activities.
