NGO "SVOI" was founded by young people who wanted to develop the culture of volunteering in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine.

Mission: Developing the volunteer movement, and advocate the rights of volunteers, creating opportunities for self realization of young people.

Vision: A community of people who consciously carry out voluntary, unpaid, and socially beneficial activities, guided by the fundamental principles enshrined in the Law of Ukraine "On Volunteering".

Global aim is "volunteering as a part of everyone's life". We strive that every young resident of our city can find himself in volunteering. The organisation serves as a learning platform for individuals who are ready to commit to their own learning and development needs.

Target group: We create opportunities and provide space for young people 14-35 from the city of Zaporizhzhia and the front-line territories of the region who want to learn, contribute and grow by participation, volunteering and leadership.

Our main activities are:
- promoting the idea of non-formal education through volunteering
- organising and supporting different forms of pro-youth activities
- organising activities for preventing social exclusion
- organising and conducting local and regional voluntary activities aimed at increasing social activity of citizens
- organising and conducting burn-out prevention workshops and mental support retreats for volunteers
- conducting volunteer management trainings for local NGO's and youth workers
