The Center for Peacebuilding (CIM), founded in 2004 in Sanski Most, promotes trust and reconciliation among people in Bosnia & Herzegovina. CIM empowers youth as agents of change through nonviolent communication, dialogue, and conflict transformation programs. Key activities include Peace Camps, school workshops, International Peace Week, and exchanges, where youth develop conflict resolution skills and implement community peace projects.

CIM manages the Peace Farm and a Daily Youth Center. The Peace Farm is a safe space for education, reconciliation, and ecological responsibility, combining permaculture and environmental sustainability with peacebuilding. The Youth Center provides an inclusive space for learning, offering language courses, workshops, book clubs, eco-activities, and more, engaging youth in shaping programs according to their interests. These activities foster skills, creativity, confidence, and a sense of belonging, helping youth envision a future within their community.

CIM collaborates with local and international donors (USAID, UN Women, IOM, and others) and the Municipality of Sanski Most. Guided by principles of transparency, accountability, professionalism, gender equality, equal opportunities, freedom of expression, environmental protection, and knowledge sharing, CIM nurtures empowered, active citizens committed to local development and peace.
