Description de l'organisation

Rakonto is a French non-profit organization founded in 2019 that empowers young people to become active citizens through artistic creation, media production, and intercultural exchange. Our mission is to inform and inspire youth about social and environmental issues by encouraging them to imagine and co-create solutions.

We organize local and international workshops, youth exchanges, and training courses using non-formal education methods. Our main activities include documentary filmmaking, photography, storytelling, and participatory arts. We also support youth workers and educators by developing educational tools and facilitating capacity-building programs.

Our target groups are young people aged 16 to 30, especially those with fewer opportunities, including migrants and minorities. We also work with youth workers, educators, and local partners who wish to use creative tools to foster inclusion, awareness, and positive social change.
