Unsere Organisation engagiert sich für den Aufbau inklusiver Gemeinschaften, in denen sich jeder junge Mensch wertgeschätzt und gestärkt fühlen kann. Unsere Vision ist es, persönliche und kollektive Erfahrungen von Vertreibung in Möglichkeiten für Solidarität, Dialog und Wachstum zu verwandeln. Unsere Hauptaktivitäten konzentrieren sich auf die Schaffung sicherer und innovativer Lernräume für Kinder und Jugendliche mit geringeren Chancen, darunter Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationshintergrund sowie junge Menschen mit Behinderungen, ADHS, Depressionen oder Traumata. Eine zentrale Methode ist unser Simulationsprogramm „Brücken bauen statt Mauern“, das den Teilnehmenden ermöglicht, Inklusion, Empathie, Resilienz und demokratische Teilhabe durch erfahrungsbasiertes Lernen zu erforschen. Wir führen Jugendaustausche, Peer-to-Peer-Lernen, Workshops und Multiplikatorschulungen für Lehrkräfte, Sozialarbeiter und Jugendleiter durch. Diese Aktivitäten kombinieren non-formale Bildung, interkulturellen Dialog und digitales Storytelling. Durch die Einbindung von Gleichaltrigen, Mentoren und Multiplikatoren stellen wir sicher, dass die Ergebnisse unserer Projekte Schulen, Jugendzentren und lokale Gemeinschaften erreichen und so die Wirkung über die unmittelbaren Teilnehmenden hinaus verstärken. Unsere Zielgruppen sind Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 13 bis 17 Jahren, junge Erwachsene von 18 bis 30 Jahren als Jugendleiter und Fachkräfte ab 30 Jahren als Multiplikatoren. Our organization is committed to building inclusive communities where every young person can feel valued and empowered. Our vision is to transform personal and collective experiences of displacement into opportunities for solidarity, dialogue, and growth. Our main activities focus on creating safe and innovative learning spaces for children and young people with fewer opportunities, including those with refugee and migration backgrounds, as well as young people with disabilities, ADHS, depression, or trauma. A key method is our simulation program Building Bridges instead of Walls, which enables participants to explore inclusion, empathy, resilience, and democratic participation through experiential learning. We conduct youth exchanges, learning, workshops, and multiplier training for teachers, social workers, and youth leaders. These activities combine non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and digital storytelling. By involving peers, mentors, and multipliers, we ensure that the results of our projects reach schools, youth centers, and local communities, thereby amplifying the impact beyond the immediate participants. Our target groups are children and young people aged 13 to 17, young adults aged 18 to 30 as youth leaders, and professionals aged 30 and over as multipliers.We see our current phase not as a lack of experience, but as a dynamic development process dedicated to quality. While we are continuously evolving our theoretical framework, our practical expertise is already robust. We have successfully designed and implemented our core educational capacity to conduct complex, transnational projects. We are committed to operating according to the highest standards. Our focus on learning and continuous improvement ensures that every project refines our methodology, moving towards best practices in the field.We have a strong foundation in our team, which includes experienced educators, and young facilitators. This structure allows us to consistently gather practical experience and integrate lessons learned directly into our projects, ensuring that our work remains relevant and impactful for youth with fewer opportunities
