To promote sustainable develpment and solidarity in the region of the Amalfi Coast, we introduce this volunteering project to become active in ecological agriculture, local products and traditions, environmental education, awareness raising activities, energy saving and waste reduction. Through different activities which compose the project we want to raise English communication level of local youngsters and adults, and through this connect them to an international world and broaden their horizons and promote solidarity. Moreover, our goal is to raise environmental awareness among the local people and promote the idea of sustainable development. Our third important objective is saving the biodiversity of the region and preservation of the terraces which are very characteristic to the landscape of the region. Those activities in the project will include non-formal school activities, communication and awareness raising activities, and participation in local biodiversity projects.

Concerning food, participants will get a monthly budget at a local supermarket for food and household supply. Moreover, they will get an amount of tickets for local transportation for their use. As regulated in the ESC, health insurance and monthly pocket money are included as well.
