EKOenergy for Russia

Projektbeschreibung

EKOenergy is an international not-for-profit ecolabel for sustainable renewable energy. We welcome an EVS volunteer to help us promote renewable energy in Russia and other Russian speaking countries: setting up campaigns, contact with consumers interested in renewable electricity, designing leaflets... Other tasks include general support of the secretariat, social media...
All tasks happen from our office in Helsinki. The volunteer will cooperate with about 10 other volunteers, from 10 countries.

THIS IS A VACANCY FOR A RUSSIAN RESIDENT (EVS project in cooperation with a Russian sending organisation) Looking for 1 volunteer to join the young and dynamic EKOenergy team. Should be eager and enthusiastic to promote nature-friendly renewable electricity. They should be open to different cultures, a team player and have the drive to initiate and develop their own activity or ideas. Preferably native Russian speaker.

• marketing and communication about the EKOenergy ecolabel, through social media, emailing...

• contacting stakeholders in the environmental and electricity sectors

• administrative work in the Secretariat e.g. updating website and social media accounts

• sharing ideas and developing new projects to promote EKOenergy.
