General idea for our project is to provide interaction between Ukrainian kids with disabilities and European youth. Why it is so important for us? Because each of a side will receive own benefits. For our kids it is new opportunity to meet friends from another country. It is also an opportunity to take a part in new forms of activities, maybe included some culture features. It will let kids to know about another culture and another world. As they receive rejections from schools and other educational and art centers they are limited in full development. So they can interact with volunteers to learn English, to play active outside games, to learn dancing, singing, acting technique, visiting museums, attractions.

Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten

Hosting organizations are covered travel costs from home to hosting place (limit of travel costs 275 EUR), accommodation, food (approx.100 EUR per month), local transport (10 EUR per month), visa costs (if u need it) and pocket money 55 EUR. Also HOs will find the most comfortable place for living with shared. This apartment will provide bathroom, kitchen and all stuffs for live. Each volunteer has his/her own room or share it with other volunteer.

Fortbildung im Rahmen des Projekts

HO organization provide language courses Russian/Ukranian language. Also will provide Arrival training and midterm training course.

Freiwilligenprofil

It is very important for us to search volunteers who obtain next qualities: be open-minded and kind, love to spend time with children, ready to organize activities, be stress - resistant, be able to adapt to different situations and new culture, and maybe have some experience in working with children (if with people with disabilities - additional plus for participants profile but not must have condition). This person should be really interested in helping for our organization and to be involved in any type of activity. We need to find young people who understand that such kind of social issue.
