Renovation of a chapel in Alsace near to Germany and Switzerland

Created in 1999, the Maison de la Nature du Sundgau is an initiation center for nature and the environment. Its objective is to make people discover nature and to raise awareness of respect for the environment. For its 10th project, it is joining forces with the municipality of Ueberstrass, which wishes to restore a 15th century chapel to make it a living space for the inhabitants.

The volunteers will be trained and supervised by a specialist craftswoman. Your task will be to restore a wall in a traditional way, to work on other heritage works in the region, to organize an event in order to show the works carried out to the inhabitants.
