Planet Bee: NaturaZola e il viaggio nella biodiversità

Our organization acts locally and we are focused on the community of Zola Predosa, a city in the metropolitan area of Bologna. To perceive our goals, we do activities to raise awareness about local biodiversity and the importance of pollinators, both essential to us. For our event we have invited three different guests representing three different stakeholders: politics, active citizenship and science. During this conference we will speak firstly about how important are the environment and green areas to the local administration and the critical issues that they have managing them; secondly, about the importance of knowing which species are living in our city in order to understand what to do to preserve them; lastly, we will see the importance of pollinators in urban contexts. This conference will be both a start of a schedule of events like this and of a long-term cooperation activity that should lead to the realization of a check-list of the flora and fauna living in our city.
