The European Committee of the Regions, in co-operation with European Movement Ireland and the Irish Regions European Office, invite you to join us in the Dublin City Council Chambers on 16 June at 11.00 for an event that will focus on the role of youth and democracy in Europe.
Keynote Address: Thomas Byrne TD, Minister of State for European Affairs

Apostolos Tzitzikostas, President of the European Committee of the Regions
Thomas Matthew, Board Member, European Youth Forum
Diandra Ní Bhuachalla, United Nations Youth Delegate Ireland
Moderator: Noelle O Connell, CEO of European Movement Ireland
The event will open with a panel discussion on topics relating to youth and democracy. Participants are encouraged to engage with the panellists and there will be a Q&A session at the end.
The meeting will take place in person at the Council Chamber, Dublin City Hall, Dame Street, Dublin 2, D02 NP93 from 11:00 – 12:30. Registration will open from 10.30 and light refreshments will be available.
