Gerade in Zeiten wo Stress in vielen Alltagen präsent ist, ist eine Balance oder - wie wir es nennen - Selbstfürsorge total wichtig. Mit unseren Posts wollen wir schauen was genau "mental balance" beinhaltet und wir Freiwillige im Auslands damit umgehen.
