In der 42. Kalenderwoche gibt's auf unserem social Media Kanal Instagram Infos rund um das Thema "mental balance", also mentale Balance. Gerade in Zeiten wo Stress in vielen Alltagen präsent ist, ist eine Balance oder - wie wir es nennen - Selbstfürsorge total wichtig. Mit unseren Posts wollen wir schauen was genau "mental balance" beinhaltet und wir Freiwillige im Auslands damit umgehen.
