PERCORSO FORMATIVO PER YOUTH WORKER/OPERATORE SOCIO- EDUCATIVO - Il ruolo dello Youth Worker

La strutturare di interventi così come segue:
- giorno 1: conoscenza dei partecipanti, presentazione del modulo, definizione di youth work (con focus su apprendimento formale, non formale, informale + attività), origini e evoluzione youth work, assegnazione "compito": ricerca;
- giorno 2: lo youth work in Europa. presentazione ai partecipanti i risultati del lavoro di gruppo e di una panoramica sulle normative, mettendo a confronto l'Italia e alcuni stati UE;
- giorno 3 e giorno 4: approfondimento sullo youth information worker, con focus su Informagiovani, Eurodesk e servizi di informazione. Definizione di competenze - abilità - conoscenze.
Presentazione di strumenti quali YouthInfo comp di ERYICA e Eurodesk (presentando entrambe le reti), Il Portfolio del Consiglio d'Europa, ESCO, YouthPass.
verranno illustrate quali possono essere le opportunità per "iniziare" un possibile percorso: partecipazione a scambi di giovani, group leader, training course, etc.
- giorno 5: da definire in base alle esigenze/necessità/chiarimenti o perplessità emersi precedentemente.
