Debate between candidates running for the European Parliament
To celebrate the European Youth Week, we are organizing a debate between the candidates running for the European Parliament for young people from the 8th grade.
European Parliament elections will be held this year and local government elections next year. We want young people to be able to make their own choices knowingly, having an understanding of the merits and attitudes of different candidates. We organize the debate to introduce young people to the different attitudes and values of the candidates on topics important to them. Candidates run for the European Parliament personally, but they also convey the values of the political parties.
The debate will take place on April 16 at 10:20-12:20 at the Kärdla Cultural Center.
