In view of the upcoming European elections (June 2024), the ALCOTRA programme created a podcast to provide you with the keys to better understand the Europe’s role in the young Europeans’ lives and the many challenges that concern them.
This is a podcast in 6 episodes, produced in French and Italian, by the ALCOTRA Youth Council with the support of the Managing Authority of the Interreg France-Italia ALCOTRA Programme.
Through this project, made by young people for young people, a voice was given to the members of the Council so they could talk about their experience within the Programme, the place that Europe plays in their daily lives and the importance of European cooperation in cross-border areas. The main goal of the project is to remind young people the importance of expressing their views through voting.
The 1st episode was opened by Valeria CENACCHI, from the European Commission, who presented the Interreg programmes and their role in European cooperation. The last episode will be closed by Nicolas DARAGON, Vice-President of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, as representative of the Managing Authority of the Interreg France-Italia ALCOTRA Programme.
