Eurodesk Network Meeting
Eurodesk Network Meetings are regular European-level meetings where the national Eurodesk coordinators (and often other key actors in the network) come together to plan, evaluate and steer the work of the network.
What they are
They are official Eurodesk network activities organised by Eurodesk Brussels Link, in collaboration with a national Eurodesk office (often labelled Spring, Autumn, etc.).
They bring together Eurodesk national coordinators from all participating countries, and sometimes invite multipliers or partners, to work on the common strategy, tools and campaigns of the network.
Main purposes
To do annual or bi‑annual planning for the Eurodesk work programme, including campaigns such as Time to Move and other European youth information actions.
To exchange practices, share updates on national realities, and reflect together on how to improve youth information and mobility support across the network.
To discuss governance issues, such as elections to the Eurodesk Executive Committee and decisions about host organisations or strategic directions.
Typical content and format
Sessions usually include presentations, workshops, working groups and networking time focused on youth information, communication, outreach and EU youth programmes.
Meetings are often residential (3–4 days).
Recent meetings have taken place in different European cities (for example, Tallinn in 2024 and Rotterdam in 2025), reflecting the pan‑European character of the network.
Who participates
The core participants are Eurodesk national coordinators, who are expected to be actively involved in these European network activities as part of their work plans.
In some cases, other Eurodesk actors (such as multipliers, trainers or communication experts) may be invited when the agenda is relevant to their role.
