Dear DiscoverEU travelers! Join us for two nights for several fun activities planned for you at the coastal city of Larnaca in Cyprus!
The Cypriot National Agency of Erasmus+ invites you from 26 to 28 July for a two-night MeetUp at the coastal city of Larnaca, that includes accommodation, meals and an itinerary of fun activities and cultural experiences!
Larnaca is a port city located on the southern coast of Cyprus, currently running its bid to be named European Capital of Culture 2030. Built on the ruins of ancient Citium, Larnaca has been continuously inhabited for over 4,000 years. It has numerous historical attractions and its waterfronts, scenic vistas, parks and beautiful beaches with leisure and water sports facilities enhance its beautiful coastline. Larnaca International Airport is located on the fringe of the city, with easy access to and from the MeetUp.
The accommodation will be in single room arrangements with breakfast included at a local hotel, just metres from the sea front, with Wi-Fi and wheelchair accessibility. Lunch and dinner will be provided during the days of the event.

Arrivals, Check-ins and Welcome
Local food and crafts Larnaca walking tour– Explore Larnaca’s main landmarks with the guidance of locals, learn how to make traditional Cypriot crafts and meet local artists.
Traditional Cypriot cuisine tasting - taste your way through the best the Cypriot cuisine has to offer!
27th July
The Mediterranean Sea experience
Beach front get-together and interactive treasure hunt – spend a day on the beach, meet other travelers and locals. Learn more about Cyprus culture and heritage, and each other, through an interactive treasure hunt!
Watersports Pass –get your free pass for a variety of watersports and enjoy riding the waves until the sun sets!
Beach bar party!

Join us in this opportunity to explore Cyprus with the locals, connect with other DiscoverEU travelers, make new friends, and learn more about the island, its people, and its culture!
As the MeetUp has a limited number of available spots, registration at the activity is mandatory. Selected DiscoverEU travelers (on a first come first served basis) will be informed via email. Further information will be provided upon registration and acceptance.
Important Note: In order to participate in the MeetUp in Cyprus with DiscoverEU you must have already booked flight tickets to Cyprus. Booking flight tickets to Cyprus can be done through the following website http://help.start-discover.eu/.
