6-Week Yoga Programme for Teen Girls
Focus: Yoga, Mindfulness, Body Positivity, and Creative Expression
Schedule: One class per week, including yoga, mindfulness, body positivity themes, and a creative activity (craft/art)
Duration: Each session lasts 60 minutes
This program combines yoga and mindfulness practices with creative activities to encourage body positivity, self-expression, and emotional well-being. Each session includes a theme that connects yoga with a mindful art/craft project.
