Data dell'ultima modifica Martedì, 09/11/2021

New vacancies for deployments of volunteers to third countries are now being published, in support to humanitarian aid operations. Do not miss this opportunity to open your heart.

Have you ever dreamt of volunteering outside Europe to contribute to humanitarian aid work? This is your opportunity - check the EU Aid Volunteers platform!

After one year and a half of standby due to the COVID 19 pandemic, organisations having EU Aid Volunteers (EUAV) deployment projects are starting publishing again vacancies and call for volunteers to support their ongoing projects in the humanitarian aid field. Selected volunteers will be trained prior to their deployment and given tools to better contribute at local level to strengthen the capacity and resilience of communities in the face of disasters.

Participants in the EU Aid Volunteers initiative must be over 18 years of age and be citizens of an EU Member State or a long-term resident in the EU. Benefits include accommodation and travel expenses as well as insurance. A monthly allowance and a resettlement allowance for returning home will be part of the offer too. Volunteers will also access onsite learning and personal development opportunities.

Be part of the change!
