Volunteering at the Capital Zoo

We work every day at the Zoo to provide safe and pleasant conditions for the animals living here and to provide an unforgettable experience for the visitors. Our colleagues have also been assisted in this work for many, many years by volunteers who are enthusiastic about the work of the Zoo in their spare time. Surely you have already met them in the visitor areas of the animal houses, in the garden, or at our events. If you feel like being a part of the everyday life of the Zoo and would love to do so, we are waiting for you among our volunteers in a variety of roles. No, you will definitely not caress a tiger, but you can help animal caretakers clean and inform visitors in the Butterfly Garden, the Madagascar House, the Magic Mountain, and many other animal houses, participate in the work of gardeners, or take on other tasks.
