The long-term goal of this project is to contribute to the smart, sustainable and integrating development of the whole society of Spain, Europe and the world to increase the development of leadership and hidden talent of young people with fewer opportunities, socio-economically deprived or at risk of social exclusion for cultural reasons, gender, religion or sexual orientation. This project, focused on innovation, entrepreneurship and self-realisation, offers additional support through international and informal educative training and coaching so that volunteers can develop the so called “global competences”. The volunteers will do different tasks according to the hosting entities in the fields of communication, awareness-raising, social work, international mobility, education and training, fundraising and community dynamization. Activities can be slightly modified depending on the interests and profile of the volunteer. Having a Spanish B1 is required.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
The volunteers would need to search for a room in a shared flat from his/her home country, before coming to Spain. A monthly amount will be provided to the volunteers to cover costs for accommodation, food, pocket money and transportation.
Formação durante a atividade
The volunteer will be trained for the activities he/she will develop during the Volunteering activity. He/she will also get support if he/she wants to develop his/her own project. The volunteer will attend the trainings that are organized by the National Agency.

We are looking for 7 volunteers in different fields: • Fundación Tomillo (x1): Communication, dissemination and volunteering management • AIPC Pandora (x1): International mobility; • AIPC Pandora (x1): education and training • Impact Hub Madrid (x4): community dynamization VOLUNTEERS INTERESTED HAVE TO SEND AN E-MAIL WITH CV + COVER LETTER IN SPANISH TO SVE@AIPC-PANDORA.ORG Due to the amount of applications, we will consider and get in touch with the ones whose profile is compatible with the placements offered.
