The European Voluntary Service at Sacré Cœur la Salle offers volunteers a variety of assignments with middle and high school students, focused on promoting cultural and European openness. The missions include: Raising awareness of Europe and volunteering. Cultural exchange about their countries and interests. Intercultural activities. Contributing to language learning (participating in classes, leading school activities in a foreign language). Creating educational content (videos, podcasts, role-playing games). Participating in European projects (Erasmus+, eTwinning). Providing individual tutoring in languages or for mobility projects. Organising special events (theme days, festivals). Accompanying educational outings. Writing articles or blogs. These assignments can be adapted to suit the skills and specific interests of the volunteer, as well as the needs of the school.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
• Accommodation: The volunteer will be housed in a shared apartment with other volunteers. • Allowance: A monthly allowance will be paid. • Transport: Most local transport will be provided.
Formação durante a atividade
• French language courses: The volunteer will have the opportunity to take French as a foreign language courses that already exist at the school for international students, as well as courses offered by the FDMJC22. • Training : The volunteer will take part in the national seminar for European volunteers and the civic training course organised by FDMJC22.
Perfil do participante
The volunteer will be selected on his motivation to join the project, its ability to lead a group of students to be proactive and take initiative on cultural plans, international, to participate in a collective effort to bring together a youth group around a project that may (or may not) have driven himself.
