Opis
Volunteer can either volunteer in Raasiku School or Kindergarten. Raasiku a modern and welcoming school, oriented towards entrepreneuership and developing technology competencies. In school, collaborate with teachers to enhance students' learning experiences, participate in projects and contribute to students development. In the Kindergarten you can support children's early childhood development through creative play, outdoor learning, and assisting in daily activities. Raasiku Kindergarten, offers early childhood education to children aged 1.5–7 years old in a warm, playful environment focused on emotional growth, social skills, and natural learning. It is located in a small community on the border of Tallinn. Service will last from September 2025 until June 2026 (10 months). Dates and duration are flexible. Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Volunteers will stay at the university dorm or shared apartment with other volunteers. There is also possibility to change the accommodation if the dorm solution is not suitable for some reason. Volunteers will receive monthly food and pocket money. All work related transport will be covered by the programme.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Volunteer will participate in on arrival and mid term meeting organised by Estonian National agency. At the end of the service volunteers receive Youtpass certificate. Volunteer can learn about Estonian educational system, culture, and customs. In addition, volunteer will improve his/her time management, flexibility, communication skills in English and has the chance to learn Estonian. Volunteer will definitely gain more experience in general life skills - independence, budget management, goal setting and achieving. They will also improve their computer and technical skills.
Profil uczestnika
We wish that the volunteers who join our team have an open mind and a wish to have an all-rounded experience as a volunteer. Someone that likes to initiate their own ideas and activities to diversify our youth and community. We would love for the volunteers to share their experiences and skills in their day-to-day work. In our community, the youngsters are used to having a foreign volunteer, to broaden their mind so we expect you to do just that.
