Clothes Bank aims to create positive awareness and to make solidarity effective in our community. Within the scope of the project, we will collect the leftover clothing from our community through donations, deliver those in need. Our volunteers will wash and dry the leftover clothing, iron them, make minor repairs if any, then deliver those in need.
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
Accomodation will be shared flat with necessary utilities. Volunteer will share the room with other volunteer and shared kitchen and bathroom. Volunteer will receive food allowance and pocket money per month.
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
The volunteers will attend the On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Evaluatio organized by the Turkish National Agency. The volunteers will also receive Turkish language training. They will receive ongoing support from mentors .
Teilnehmerprofil
Age between 18-30. There is no competencies required but willingness to the volunteering and being open to discover new cultures. Volunteers should be flexible, openminded and willing to learn and share their abilities and competences. Volunteer should be motivated, able to work in team, be sociable, flexible and creative, interesting and own ideas and open to different cultures.
