Beschreibung

The Berufsbildungswerk (BBW) Mosbach-Heidelberg is a vocational training facility for young people with learning and multiple disabilities. It offers them training and pre-employment training. The aim is to encourage young people and prepare them for the general labour market. Young people receive training and rehabilitation in a company-related environment. The activities of the volunteers fall mainly in the care and support of the young people in their daily work and processes. This also includes support in the guidance and induction of the young people in their training. The tasks offer the chance to gain initial practical experience and impressions of working with young people, especially in the context of leisure-time pedagogical offers. Professional guidance and support is guaranteed. There are regular reflection discussions with the instructors and the participant.
