Zavod Bob (NGO - zavod-bob.si) is searching for volunteer to be part of vibrant collective and collaborate in 2 Youth Centers. YC ULCA (@ulca_mc) is oriented to urban culture and performans; a safe space for creative and quality leisure time of youth (15-29) offers support in their overall personal and social development, realization of ideas, youth mobility and transition to the labour market. It encourages young people engagement in artistic activities (DJ,graffiti,break dance,beatbox,theather activities,DIY). YC Bob (@zavodbob) offers safe place, free time and social activities, personal support and information. It's purpose is to activate (vulnerable) youth and encourage their participation and active citizenship by supporting them in discovering their potential, competence development or realization of project ideas. Includes street-based youth work, which is reaching (building trusting relationship and support them) vulnerable youth in their environment (streets,parks).

Please read the INFOPACK with all the information: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Bf1ga9SKBKX8aVJAak7NO6_mfEEw3DZ_/view?usp=sharing As a part of the volunteering project we will provide you with appropriate accommodation (a room in an apartment 3,2 km away from the youth center, flat is shared with 3 other ESC volunteers from different countries) and we will cover your accommodation, food, transport (providing a personal bike, and public transportation card for winter months) and pocket money expenses.

Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα

Slovene language learning support, training opportunities according to personal interests and organization possibilities. Training to be able to follow organizations approaches. On arrival traning for ESC volunters (5days) and potentialy midterm evaluation training for ESC volunteers (5days), both organized by Slovenian national agency Movit.

Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος

interested in Youth work - flexible, teamworkers, community oriented, coexisting, self initiative, reliable, inclusive, interested in dynamic (afternoon) work.Able to coexist in flat with other volunteers.Fluent in English.We would like that volunteer is fully involved in all youth center activities,which includes support to youth workers with preparation (eg. animate, inform, attending meetings),implementation (eg. logistic support, communication with participants) and evaluation. Being ready to share new ideas and evolve the existing project activities.Driving licence is a plus.
