Beschreibung
We are a youth centre to promote the youth in and above party lines and above confessional area. Possibility to create spare time such as crafting, sports and activities in any form they wish. We have rooms and the JUZ is a meeting point where the youth can get information for them, for their problems and can learn to take responsibilities for them and for the community. It is an area where youth can be among themselves and can communicate under informal circumstances.In addition to the basic opportunities for participation in open youth work, young volunteers are particularly involved in project-related work. These include, for example: Helping with events (selling, putting up posters, setting up and dismantling at events, etc.), supporting renovation work in the youth centre or designing and building furnishings. Open youth work generally promotes the civil society involvement of young but also playing play station, soccer, working at the bar and having a daily routine.

Apartment is in the city centre, everything reachable by foot: shared apartment with private room shared rooms: kitchen, toilet, bathroom, corridor. Bicycle available, pocket money plus extra food allowance for free time. Food from the youth club whatever is available. Special card for social market!
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
on-arrival training and mid-term training held by the National Agency of Austria project participation if possible (abroad) offline - language course if offered in your level at the people public Highschool or/ and with a conversation teacher Sometime are possibilities to take part in other E+ projects (youth exchanges) what we support
Teilnehmerprofil
Young person who is willing to deal with young people from 11-20 sometimes a bit older and has an intrinsic motivation to play with them, talke and gets into relation with young people by playing (soccer, games, play station, cooking, drawing, watching films)... it is a very nice work if you are willing to work with the youth, We have a high number of migrants but also boys. If you are curious to get to know new cultural backgrounds you are on the right spot. You already need to have an accredited ESC sending organisation which can send you and has a OID Number or at least you know one.
