The purpose of this Project is mainly for only FEMALE Volunteers to express their creative intellect through video production, marketing, project management and support in Have a Dream actions for events. The volunteer will be working on various tasks or only one of those: 1) Video production, Photography, and marketing: the volunteer will create videos and photographs for the hosting organization and its activities; working with Photoshop and CANVA programs; assist in developing the marketing material for events; crating content for webpages 2) Project Management tasks: help during the implementations of youth exchanges; contribute to the application for European funding programs; plan and track the progress of active programs 3) the volunteers will support Have A Dream in preparation and implementation of the Have a Dream events and ceremonies.
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
The volunteer would be accommodated with other female volunteer in one apartment and each one would have his own room with shared kitchen, bathroom and living area. It would be either a walking distance from our office or maximum 15 minutes by bus/ metro. Electricity, Wi-Fi connection, water and gas will be covered by the host organization. The project cover: food allowance (100€), accommodation, flight tickets (covered according to the ESC limit) pocket money (180€) and language course in the first weeks of the project
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
The volunteer will receive a pre-departure training (1 day training) at the APG23 Supporting organization, in Rimini. In Egypt, the volunteers will be given an orientation to familiarize them with Have a Dream departments, and tasks, and to help them get to know the team. The training they receive will include (Education and Training, Employment and Entrepreneurship) The volunteer will also participate to online session trainings organized by SALTO.

The following criteria should be met by interested participants: - Female gender - High interest and motivation in the topics of the project is a must, especially videography, and social media. - Interested in knowing more about different cultures. - Able to Communicate in English and ability to express your personality. - Good presentation skills. - Flexible, Initiative, and a team Player. - Having a resilient spirit and the know how skill. - It's preferred if they have experience in tasks they want to work on Especially social media tools and documentation tools. Experience and/ or interest in workshops and activities designing and implementation. Experience and/ or interest in business and creative writing .
