Opis
VZW Het Moerashuis is a center for young people to spend their holiday and free time. We have one center to host 72 people and another for 24 people. In addition we also orginize a number of leisure,outdoor activities such as canoeing,laserbattle,visits to archeological sites and a weaving museum, survival workshops, teambulding activities and many more. All our activities are focused on increasing the feeling of personal and social responsibility, sustainable enviromental education and helping the development of life leading skills. We focus on organizing international exchanges intiated and developed by our target group itself under our mentoring and overall support. Our organization gives the possibility to discover and develop hidden resources through real adventures and challenges. The target group of our organizations are schools, youngsters of sports clubs, youth movements and families. The activities take place during weekdays, weekends and holidays relating the volunteers.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Your "international house" and your workspace are located near the lake De Donk and are 800m separated from each other, both close to the township of Oudenaarde, really close to the city center. The house has even a big garden with plenty of space. Every volunteer has his own bedroom and shares the common spaces with the others. As an ESC-voluteer you will get an account and a card at KBC Bank. On that account you receive a total amount of €500 per month. You receive a bike from The Outsider Moerashuis. We give you also a Go Pass with 10 journeys to travel.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
All the ESC volunteers receive an arrival training and a midterm training organized by the Belgian National Agency (JINT). In these training you will meet a lot of EVS from Belgium and The Nederlands. You will take part in the midterm training only if you stay more than 6 months. These occasions will help you meeting new friends.

You are adventurous, friendly and energetic. You have the Outsider spirit to keep going and make sure everything goes well and smoothly. We enthusiastically welcome our guests and provide them with a tremendously enjoyable time. You are also not afraid to get a little dirty while working. We like to help each other here!
