Volunteers gradually perform a number of tasks, under the supervision of the home manager and staff: - Assisting people with mental disabilities in their daily lives (daily activities, shopping, accompanying them outside the home) - Contributing through their observations to the educational program (participation in observation and reflection, respecting and implementing the guidelines set out in the personalized project) - Participating in household tasks and running the home (meals, cleaning, laundry, leisure activities). Their schedule is personalized.
