Opis
Topophone is a Cultural Action Center which deploys a program for access to music in underprivileged neighborhoods and rural areas of the Occitanie region, for young people (5 18 years old). The volunteer will help to support the production and implementation of the next two planned mobilities (December 2024 in Toulouse and spring 2025 in Europe). Volunteering in the team of the European Projects Coordinator at Topophone, your tasks will be connected to the development of the “Music Europe Education” (MEED) network. MEED is a European network for music educators. The objective is to build a European space where to exchange around the musical pedagogies used in order to ultimately create an online platform for existing resources. Description of missions: - before mobility: support of meeting partners, creation of communication tools, preparation of the mobility schedule,.. - During: Help with the organization and smooth running of the event -After: help in the evoluation process
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Topophone takes care of the logistical aspects including accommodation, local transportation, food and pocket money. The volunteer is going to be hosted in a flat fully equipped, located near public transports.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Regular collective and individual meetings are organized at Topophone. The whole team is reunited every other week on Monday morning and the volunteer will meet with their tutor once a week. (Topophone’s website: https://topophone.fr/ ) This ESC project is part of a bigger project: a grouping of 5 organisations located in Toulouse (Ville de Toulouse, Samba Résille, Topophone, CMAR, and PLM). These organisations are working together to give opportunities to young Europeans to have an unique experience of volunteering. The volunteer will also be part of seminars organised by the National Agency
Profil uczestnika
We are looking for a volunteer: - between 18 and 30 years old. - Curious mind, interest in musical creation and culture in general - Rigor, sense of anticipation and pragmatism appreciated - Relational ease in a multicultural environment, diplomacy and availability - Ability to work in a team - Knowledge of English (spoken and written) - Be comfortable with office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
