The LONG-TERM volunteering project aim to bring young people from different countries to experiment a new way to learn through inclusion and activities that can strength their hard skills through various practical activities and strength their soft skills by living in a multicultural environment.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
The volunteers will be accommodated in the building "Igudziai laboratorija", with private room, common toilets, showers, kitchen and common space. The volunteers will receive 5 Euro per day in pocket money and 5 Euro per day in food money. The travel expenses are fully covered according to the distance band. Expenses to participate to events connected with the European Solidarity Corps program will also be fully covered.
Formação durante a atividade
During the service, each volunteer will have the opportunity to participate in an on-arrival training and in a mid-term training organised by national agency, with the possibility to meet all other volunteers that are performing the volunteering in Lithuania, coming from all Europe.
Perfil do participante
We are looking for motivated participants, willing to work with practical and creative tasks. The organisation is also organising short-term volunteering projects, so there will be the opportunity for the long-term volunteer to participate as helper together with the mentor and the coordinator of the project. The life in Antaliepte is pretty peculiar and wild: the volunteers will live in a very small village in the lithuanian rural area but always surrounded by people because of the projects that the organisation is implementing.
