Administration & Finance Specialist at Alianza Colombia (Nariño, Tumaco) - Humanitarian Volunteer

Opis

The volunteer will participate in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, specifically in supporting the preparation of project budgets. This includes monitoring and updating budget execution, managing relevant information (invoices, receipts, contracts), reviewing expenses and other financial documents, preparing financial reports, supporting audits, and conducting field activities to collect information and follow up.

Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport

You will have the opportunity to live in a shared house with other volunteers, where you will have your own private room and access to shared services, Wi-Fi, and a mobile communication card. The residence is close to the office, offers easy access to local transportation, and allows you to engage with the communities where we carry out our projects.

Szkolenie w trakcie działania

You will learn about the importance of administrative and financial management in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, and receive specific training on feminist leadership, monitoring standards, and financial justification, among other topics.

Profil uczestnika

Interest in learning about administrative and financial matters. Studies and experience in economic monitoring, accounting, or administration will be valued.
