Opis
As a volunteer, you will participate in humanitarian aid and cooperation projects, performing monitoring and evaluation activities across the organization's various initiatives. You will ensure compliance with required policies, tools, and guidelines, contribute to the design of robust monitoring systems, create formats and data sheets, and analyze information for proper indicator tracking. You'll consolidate and present reports, and formulate strategies and guidelines for monitoring, evaluation, and accountability processes within the framework of national project implementation. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with additional field trips.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
You will have the opportunity to live in a welcoming family home with your own private room and access to shared services, including Wi-Fi. A mobile communication card will be provided for your convenience. Your residence will be close to the office with easy access to local transportation. Additionally, you will have the chance to interact with the communities where we develop our projects.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
You will learn about managing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities for humanitarian and development NGOs. You will expand your knowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines, and tools for M&E, with a focus on impact evaluation.
Profil uczestnika
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in learning about monitoring and evaluation activities for cooperation projects. Experience or studies in monitoring and evaluation will be highly valued. You should have at least a basic level of Spanish, as this will be essential for communication and participation in the project activities.
