The tasks will vary, including supporting small town projects, assisting with Erasmus projects in El Borge and other towns, participating in local initiatives, and creating personal projects related to rural youth. 1.When coordinating projects: Assist in project creation. Lead workshops. 2. Support communication, dissemination, and logistics. Possibly write your own projects. Expect 2-3 activities per year (youth exchanges, training courses). Supporting small projects: Help with cultural space and museum activities. Attend local school weekly. Energize school spaces. Support cooperation with Asociación El Pasero. 3. Participating in town events: Support “El Día de la Pasa” and “Día de las Ánimas.” Participate in grape harvest, Cultural Week, Romería de San Isidro, Semana Santa, and other festivities. 4. Working Hours: - Volunteers will work 5 days a week, around 30-35 hours. Hours may vary between mornings and evenings, with language immersion and mentoring sessions in the evenings. Working Days: - Typically, Wednesday to Sunday are working days, with Monday and Tuesday as rest days. Financial Conditions: - Food Allowance: 200 € per month for self-managed meals. - Pocket Money: 6 € per day (180 € per month) for personal expenses. - Travel Budget: About 360 €. - Health Insurance: Provided for the entire volunteering period. - Vacation: 2 vacation days per month.
Perfil do participante
Participants are young people seeking new opportunities in life. Volunteers may be unemployed or facing educational, economic, social, or physical challenges, or they may have low language skills. An interest in organizing events for local communities is key. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn! We also seek individuals with specific interests to build a synergistic team. Participant Profiles: - Manual skills (woodwork, painting, crafts, etc.). - Artistic interests (drawing, ceramics, music). - Audiovisual skills (social media, video production, podcasting). - Ability to work collaboratively. - Interest in education, cultural sharing, and rural development. - Initiative to create personal projects and activities.
