Opis
Przedszkole Miejskie no. 4 and no. 5 are two out of three municipal kindergartens in Pułtusk. They provide everyday care and education to children aged 3 – 6. Kindergarten no. 4 offers integration classes with 1-3 children with developmental disorders or mild disabilities. Currently there are also children of Ukrainian refugees. The main activities are: didactic and outdoor activities, free play, excursions, events, art activities, meals and self-service activities. The main idea behind volunteering in the kindergartens is to implement an intercultural aspect to the education program. The volunteers assist teachers, but besides that there is a lot of space for personal initiative, such as organizing workshops, presentations, classes, which introduce their culture and language to the group. Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
- Accommodation: Studio flat shared with one more volunteer of the same gender - Location: The project is located in Pułtusk, a town of 19 thousands inhabitants, located in northern Masovia. Pułtusk is located around 60km north from Warsaw and has a bus connection (around 1h 10 min by bus) - Food: Each volunteer receives 150 EUR per month and is cooking on their own in the flat - Pocket money: 180 EUR/month - International travel: reimbursement up to 211 EUR, 309 EUR or 395 EUR depending on the distance* - Language support: online language course (EU Academy) provided
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
- Orientation training (coordinating organization): introduction to the project, getting to know the cooridinators and the organization, integration with other volunteers and mentors, planning - On-arrival training (National Agency): Getting to know Poland, ESC introduction (5 days) - Mid-term evaluation meeting (National Agency, 5 days) - Final evaluation (coordinating organization) - Evaluation meetings/trainings (coordinating organization): intercultural education, learning, cultural adaptation, communication (once every two months)
