Join the entrepreneurship area, to help people create their business idea, or update other businesses "create your own chair": Go to entrepreneurship events. Participate in the creation of content and delivery of courses. Take photographs of the activities in the area. Update the entrepreneurship website with information, photos, etc. Support in administrative management: interviews, checking applications, group meetings, sending informative emails, etc. Tasks related to the Arrabal-AID mission Promotion of mobility programs, such as the ESC. Involvement in the development of all programs within the area: providing user support in terms of advice, guidance, and job placement assistance. Participation in pre-selection processes for job applications. Teaching and/or collaborating in digital workshops, training programs, and employability pills. Attending events, supporting the area's technicians, and advising users on bureaucratic procedures. Performing administrative tasks.
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
Accommodation 10 minutes walk from the office. Single room in shared accommodation with other CES participants. The accommodation has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and all-time facilities. Maintenance and travel cost according to Erasmus+ scale Transportation: due to the proximity of the accommodation to the office, transportation is not necessary. If a greater displacement is necessary, the entity would look for a solution to make it move.
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
Welcome training. During their project they will receive training from the entity just like the rest of the team, and they will attend training, workshops and events that the entity indicates or that the participant wants to attend.
Teilnehmerprofil
A versatile individual with no specific training (if any, preferably in a social field), open to continuous learning, with the ability to work in a team, flexibility, curiosity, a desire to learn, and an interest in working with vulnerable people of different ages, cultures, and nationalities. If possible, with a minimum knowledge of Spanish and basic digital skills. Person who does not judge and does not cut off creativity. Who likes to work with people who come to tell you their idea and need your help to improve in a specific area or create it from scratch. Basic computer/office management. Person who knows current events: news, problems, vulnerable situation. Person who works with excluded groups: unemployed young people, people without education, etc. The selected person will be between the two areas, dividing the week into 2 days in one area and 3 in the other, and vice versa.
