SPW is an NGO that aims to promote international volunteering, intercultural education and active citizenship. Our main activities are organising and coordinating volunteering projects in Poland. Examples of volunteer's tasks: - Online promotion - creating content for our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.) to promote SPW's actions, intercultural education, youth mobility and ESC projects; taking photos during meetings and trainings; - Education: popularising concepts of intercultural learning, social issues, human rights and promoting active citizenship; writing content for website, creating promotional materials (posters, brochures, infosheets); - Graphic design - creating visual layer for the materials, social media and website; - Workcamps: taking a role of a camp leader in summer is an option; Infopack: https://www.spw.ngo/warsaw-office
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
- Accommodation: Single bedroom in a shared flat - Local transport: Volunteer receives city transport pass which allows to use all means of public transport in Warsaw - Food: Each volunteer receives 150 EUR per month and is cooking on their own in the flat - Pocket money: 180 EUR/month - International travel: reimbursement up to 211 EUR, 309 EUR or 395 EUR depending on the distance* - Language support: online language course (EU Academy) provided * a little extra fund is possible in case of "green travel"
Formação durante a atividade
- Orientation training (coordinating organization): introduction to the project, getting to know the cooridinators and the organization, integration with other volunteers and mentors, planning - On-arrival training (National Agency): Getting to know Poland, ESC introduction (5 days) - Mid-term evaluation meeting (National Agency, 5 days) - Final evaluation (coordinating organization) - Evaluation meetings/trainings (coordinating organization): intercultural education, learning, cultural adaptation, communication (once every two months)

- good skills and interest in writing (and advanced level of English) - having interest in social media and graphic design/video making - good interpersonal and communication skills, fine with talking in public, doesn't mind to appear on posts/videos/websites - likes to spend time with people and is willing to participate in group activities, wants to introduce activity ideas - energetic, enthousiastic, extroverted - creative - reliable and diligent - interested in social topics, willing to expand knowledge about cultures, curious
