Experience Estonian island life while making a positive impact on youth at Orissaare Youth Center, Kuressaare Youth Center (Noortejaam), and Muhu Youth Center. Three unique volunteering opportunities await on the beautiful islands of Saaremaa and Muhu! As a volunteer, you’ll lead and assist with workshops, help organize events and engage with young people through creative and social activities. Your tasks will also include supporting youth initiatives, promoting international cultures and contributing your own ideas and skills to enrich the youth centers’ activities. Each project offers a unique chance to make a difference while growing personally and professionally. Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης
Volunteers will be provided with comfortable accommodation located conveniently close to their respective youth centers. You’ll stay in a shared apartment or hostel, with essential furniture and amenities for daily living. Rooms may be private or shared, depending on availability, and common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other volunteers or residents. Volunteers will receive a monthly Pocket Money of 150€ for personal expenses and Food Allowance of 200€, managing their own meal planning and preparation.

Personal Qualities: -Open-minded, adaptable, and flexible; -Self-motivated with a proactive attitude; -Willing to work in a team and independently; -Comfortable with initiating and leading activities; -Ready to embrace new cultures and experiences; Skills and Experience: -Good communication and interpersonal skills; -Creative and resourceful, with the ability to plan and lead workshops or activities; -Basic digital skills (social media, blogging, or content creation are a plus); -Previous experience working with youth is beneficial but not required; -A good level of English for communication
